donates the backlot for a weekend to shoot. What a dream come true! Or
so I thought... until the wind arrived. This wind was like none I hade
ever seen! Sure, it knocked over lights and equipment, toppled prop street
signs and lamp-posts onto donated cars, blew food and craft service right
off the table... but, the best was seeing a twenty foot sheet of asphalt
roofing blow off a soundstage and land inches away from the camera crew.
It destroyed a storefront next to us, but luckily nobody was hurt. |
