Wrill breaks free of his captors and rushes the VIEW SCREEN. We see Janeway react.

92 INT. VOYAGER-BRIDGE (OPTICAL)
Janeway is still staring at the VIEW SCREEN. We see that she is thinking…attempting to take a different tack…
JANEWAY
Well, it seems we all have some
(beat) unfinished business with
Mr. Wrill…
(pacing the floor)
Perhaps we could come to some
kind of agreement…Turei Captain interrupts…
TUREI CAPTAIN
That would not be possible Captain,
we have him and have no intention

Chakotay is cut short as the image of the Turei Captain flicks off, and is replaced by the image of their ship.

WHAM! The Turei vessel FIRES YELLOW energy blasts at Voyager! Voyager comes around port trying to put some distance in the two ships.

As before, but the ship is ROCKED hard by the blasts from the Turei vessel! One hit, WHAM! Then again!

(to Tuvok)
Target their shield generators
and return fire…
(to Kim)
Harry, as soon as their shields

the ambassador and beam him directly

We HEAR the Turei ship as it makes a PASS over Voyager HITTING it again several times with the same YELLOW
energy beam. We see the shields APPEAR as each shot makes contact.98 INT. VOYAGER-BRIDGE (OPTICAL)
Everyone as before from Act Four……they are SHAKEN HARD! Pummeled by the Turei…

Shields down to forty-seven
percent, Captain...JANEWAY

Too bad Mr. Wrill isn't here
now to make a few things "happen"

(to Torres)
Yeah…we could definitely use a
friend or two right now…Janeway gives him a look…as another BLAST SHAKES the ship! SPARKS fly and several N.D.'s are thrown to the ground…!
99 INT. TUREI VESSEL-BRIG ON WRILL
He is sitting in a holding area that looks like it might be a brig. Two guards stand watch…Wrill looks up we see a mischievous gleam in his eyes…

(laughs his laugh)

Turei P.O.V. We see three KLINGON, BIRD OF PREY DE-CLOAK behind Voyager! They immediately begin FIRING ORANGE energy blasts at the Ture´i vessel!
